AQUA-MOTION
This 11 week program with instructor Cynthia McLachlin offers an aquatic workout suitable for any level of fitness and is a great way to improve aerobic fitness, develop strength and burn fat without the impact, making it easier on muscles & joints. This class is especially beneficial for new participants, injury rehabilitation, pregnany women, older adults & sports recovery.
