This 11 week program with instructor Belinda McConnell starts your day focused on #1 ~ “You”!  This class is just what you need to jumpstart your day ~ music, moves & motivation.  Class consists of a warm-up and varies daily from low impact aerobics to simple step.  Weight training is added as well as some great stretches and a cool-down.
