DONATION PARTNERSHIP
The Parks & Recreation Department invites your
organization to become a partner in providing the P.R.O. Kids service by making
a donation of financial assistance to provide at least two spaces. These spaces will be made available to
children and youth who do not have the opportunity to participate in registered
programs due to financial limitations.
Please complete the following agreement to indicate the
level of commitment from the organization you represent.
Please Note: All partners will be recognized every
opportunity possible in promotional materials, at special events and in local
media for the sponsorship year.
