This 10 week program with instructors
Carol Sharpe & Marc LeBrun is mostly practiced for health and physical fitness.  It is practiced as a set of gentle fluid, non impact movement called the long form.  It does not strain the body and is scientifically proven to increase bone density, strength and stamina, as well as, improve balance, suppleness, breathing and posture.  As an introductory course, students will only be working on the first part of the long form.
