POWER YOGA

This 10 week program with instructor Jenny Hendy will give you a fresh new perspective on an old favorite. Take a deep breath and check out this class that includes everything from Yoga to Pilates, but definitely not meditation style. Some classes will include Swiss Ball and an optional Iron Yoga night as well. This Chill Out Class will focus on minimizing stress and maximizing wellness. Come join us! Where bodies are playful, minds become peaceful and souls awaken.
